Our client, a leading player in the property sector, is seeking an experienced Property Technical & Fitout Manager to take charge of contract execution, tenant fit-outs, and property maintenance projects. This role requires a hands-on professional who can oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution, cost efficiency, and top-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Fitout Management – Lead tenant fit-out projects , ensuring specifications, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Contract & Compliance Oversight – Manage contractual agreements, oversee service providers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Property Maintenance & Repairs – Oversee ongoing repairs, maintenance, and operational requirements across various properties.
- Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination – Liaise with tenants, landlords, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budgeting & Cost Control – Prepare cost estimates, monitor project expenditures, and optimize financial efficiencies.
- Technical & Quality Assurance – Conduct site inspections, enforce quality standards, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Project Planning & Risk Mitigation – Develop detailed work schedules, manage project risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work meets occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A B.Tech in Construction, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related qualification .
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in on-site construction, project planning, and contract management .
- Strong technical expertise in fit-outs, property maintenance, and building management .
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects , negotiate contracts, and oversee service providers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
