Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for property management, construction, and project delivery? We are looking for a dedicated Property Technical and Fit-Out Manager to join our dynamic team.- As a Property technical and fitout manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead tenant fit-out projects, ensuring specifications, timelines, and budgets are met from inception to completion.
- Manage contractual agreements, oversee service providers, and ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the ongoing repair, maintenance, and operational requirements of various properties, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, vendors, and service providers to guarantee smooth project execution and seamless communication.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, monitor project expenditures, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct on-site inspections, enforce high-quality standards, and address any technical challenges or issues promptly.
- Develop comprehensive work schedules, assess project risks, and take proactive measures to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
What Do You Need?:- A B.Tech in Construction, Building Management, Quantity Surveying , or a related field.
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in on-site construction, project planning, and contract management.
- Strong technical expertise in fit-outs, property maintenance, and building management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service providers.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach .
