Description:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks which include visiting territory accounts to increase sales in the designated region to increase market share of our service and repair offerings. The sales representative will also assist
customers with any follow up and update queries on their equipment repairs.
1. Make sales calls with relevant head of department or engineering managers to
assess how we can add value to their operations
2. Manage and develop business for Services and Repairs through various
prospecting and marketing activities
3. Prompt following up on sent quotes and provide customer feedback to
management when neccessary
4. Growing a pipeline in line with required target
5. Must be able to strictly adhere to safety instructions and follow directions
6. Must be able to work independently and be detail oriented
7. Travel locally
8. Provide sales reports monthly of progress and targets
Objectives of the role
1. To grow the current turn over of Motion Tronics Services & Repairs Division
2. To identify new oppurtunities and customers with industrial repair and services
requirements
3. To maintain and grow current relationships formed
4. To provide a contact point for customers requiring technical assistance on any
repair or service related query.
5. To ensure customer understanding of the benefits maintenenace and Motion
Tronics abaility to resolve electrical breakdowns.

1. Experience in a sales B2B environment
2. Knowledge of CRM system and process
3. Knowledge of MS Windows / MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
4. Superior oral / written communication skills
5. Knowledge of drives and motors is an added benefit
6. Any sales qualifications or courses advantageous
