Description:
The above position is vacant at FCS Head office, reporting to the External Recon Manager. The overall purpose of this position is supervising the day-to-day recon clerks and to ensure all recons and queries are attended too and assisting the Manager with new projects in the department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12, Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel)
- Admin/Finance experience
Key Performance Areas:
- Day-to-Day supervision of the recon staff
- Train and develop staff
- Participate in recon system improvements
- Assisting Manager with new projects
- Timeous and accurate reconciliations
- Timeous and accurate query resolution
- Month end reconciliations
- Review daily reconciliations
- Escalate unresolved recon queries according to company risk management SOPs
- Enforce company risk management SOPs
