External Recon Supervisor

Description:

The above position is vacant at FCS Head office, reporting to the External Recon Manager. The overall purpose of this position is supervising the day-to-day recon clerks and to ensure all recons and queries are attended too and assisting the Manager with new projects in the department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel)
  • Admin/Finance experience

Key Performance Areas:

  • Day-to-Day supervision of the recon staff
  • Train and develop staff
  • Participate in recon system improvements
  • Assisting Manager with new projects
  • Timeous and accurate reconciliations
  • Timeous and accurate query resolution
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Review daily reconciliations
  • Escalate unresolved recon queries according to company risk management SOPs
  • Enforce company risk management SOPs
