OVERVIEWA craft beverage manufacturing company seeking an energetic and dedicated Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.. This individual will be the primary point of contact for visitors and callers and provide administrative support to the various departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Type Permanent - Full Time
Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday.
Location: Epping, Cape Town
Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 per month.
The Office manager/Administrator is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception Duties
Greet guests, answer incoming phone calls and email queries.
Client liaison and communication.
Scheduling meetings and providing general support to production teams.
Order office & Warehouse supplies
Purchase, receiving of factory supplies.
Order Handling
Processing of incoming orders and invoice creation.
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Liaise with vendors, maintenance, and IT support as needed.
Data Capturing
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Maintaining filing systems
Stock Taking
Assisting with Stock Counts
Capturing stock tracking information and relaying to clients.
Recording stock losses and issues of stock rejection
Managing client records.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Completed Grade 12/Matric
Proven experience as a receptionist / administrative assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Proficiency in the use of Sage Accounting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
