DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist Management and Operations with Administrative Duties
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Manage communication including emails and phone calls
Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Maintain and order office supplies
Receive invoices and review for accuracy
Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation
DATA CAPTURING
Health and Safety Administration
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
Recognised tertiary qualification advantageous
At least 2 or more years experience in a similar role
Computer Literate
Communication Skills
Good business acumen
Strong administration and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to help create a strong team environment
