Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or production planning, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- 5+ years in a management role, supervising at least five direct reports.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
