Key Responsibilities:Lease Administration:
Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Track important lease dates, such as rent reviews, expirations, and escalations. Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies. Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations. Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates. Financial & Administrative Support:
Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations. Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses. Prepare and maintain reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets. Organize and maintain records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects. Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues. Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts. Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or project coordination is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
