Description:
The Lease & Projects Administrator is responsible for managing lease agreements, coordinating real estate projects,and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves tracking lease terms, assisting in property-
related projects, and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
Candidate requirements:
- Must have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Track important lease dates (rent reviews, expirations, escalations, etc.).
- Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.Financial & Administrative Support:
- Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.
- Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.
- Prepare reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.Compliance & Risk Management:
