Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSc or BTech) or an equivalent diploma. Alternatively, an artisan with trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields. 5 to 10 years of facilities management experience in retail or commercial sectors OR engineering maintenance/project experience in a factory setting. Hands-on experience in managing electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, generators, HVAC systems, lifts, escalators, and fire compliance. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and project management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid drivers license.Key Attributes:
