Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to join their mining team.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Qualification in Human Resources, or any related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of human resources experience preferred.
- Experience managing human resources function within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Build effective relationships with management and staff.
- Manage and coordinate the disciplinary and grievance process
- Ensure adherence to Labour Relations Legislation
- CCMA representation
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to onboarding and induction.
- Promote employment equity through equitable recruitment processes.
- Manage Employment Equity and report as per legislation.
- Performance management and job descriptions
- Skills development facilitation - manage training and development. Ensure that a workplace skills plan and annual training report is submitted timeously to the MERSETA for mandatory and discretionary grant funding
- Implement HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Develop HR company policies
