Description:

Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to join their mining team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree Qualification in Human Resources, or any related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of human resources experience preferred.
  • Experience managing human resources function within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Build effective relationships with management and staff.
  • Manage and coordinate the disciplinary and grievance process
  • Ensure adherence to Labour Relations Legislation
  • CCMA representation
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to onboarding and induction.
  • Promote employment equity through equitable recruitment processes.
  • Manage Employment Equity and report as per legislation.
  • Performance management and job descriptions
  • Skills development facilitation - manage training and development. Ensure that a workplace skills plan and annual training report is submitted timeously to the MERSETA for mandatory and discretionary grant funding
  • Implement HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Develop HR company policies
