Creation of engaging digital campaigns across all platforms.
Social media community management: responding to queries on social media and phone/email at all times.

Social media content creation, including copy and images and especially videos / reels.
Manage the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok platforms.
Measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform.
Develop strategies to increase followership and engagement and strengthen brand storytelling and awareness.
Assist in building and maintaining the corporate and brand image and reputation, ensuring cohesion and continuity across all collateral.
Assist, where possible, with graphic design to produce marketing materials.
Ensure graphics / layouts are visually appealing and on brand.
Regularly audit all departments, ensuring hotel-specific and company brand standards are adhered to.
Support the Marketing team in the implementation and development of marketing and communication initiatives and special events.
Assistance with developing and executing marketing strategies in line with business strategic objectives, incorporating SEO / SEM and Content Marketing.
Website content maintenance.
Process all marketing invoices and payments.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Work with team to compile and implement 12-month marketing and campaigns calendar.
Be creative and build the brand across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
Relevant diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, social media or similar.
2 years related experience in hospitality marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, META, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative and business mindset with a passion for hospitality
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
Strong creative skills to collate images and videos to showcase brand
Must have basic skills in InDesign
Highly organised and detail-orientated with excellent time management and planning skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to think out the box and always aim to deliver the best that can be!
Ability to monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
