Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative social media strategies
Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) across multiple platforms
Manage and grow social media communities, driving engagement and brand visibility
Track & analyse social media performance, making data-driven recommendations
Stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into broader marketing efforts
Manage digital campaigns, competitions, and promotions to drive customer interaction
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Expertise in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Strong content creation skills (video & static)
Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics & performance tracking
Exceptional copywriting & communication skills
Experience in financial services or fintech (advantageous but not required)
A creative, strategic thinker who can execute and optimize campaigns effectively
