Purpose of the PositionTo perform accounting and tax related duties, manage an accounting portfolio and provide insight, and review of the portfolioâ??s month to month.

Responsibilities
Full accounting function up until trial balance (Individual companies and groups) Produce client management reports and annual budgets Accounting budget planning and management Calculation and submission of tax returns (PAYE, VAT, Provisional tax, Income tax) Maintain excellent client relationships Maintaining of company secretarial records Ensuring that deadlines are met Monthly and bi-weekly payroll processing (Permanent staff and wages) Workmans Compensation submissions SARS and Labour Department statutory queries Requirements:
Qualified SAIPA / AGA (SA) 1 â?? 2 years post-article experience (Beneficial) A thorough knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, IFRS, and taxation Strong administrative skills Taking initiative/being pro-active Team player Adherence to principles and values<
