We are looking for a highly organized and computer-literate Medical Secretary to join a specialist surgeon's practice. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Duties:
• Manning the reception desk, managing telephone calls, and responding to emails.
• Managing the digital calendar, booking consultations, and theatre lists.
• Initial billing and invoicing for consultations and treatments.
• Data capturing and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients.

• Highly computer literate (experience with GoodX, Pastel, and Xero is essential).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Must live in the Southern Suburbs.
• Willingness to undergo training as needed.
