Our client, a leading global provider of equipment and services for the energy industry, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities
File Statutory Accounts, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) arranged, Shareholders Resolutions, Board Resolutions and such documents. Amend Articles of Associate in some jurisdictions ie. the Articles of Associate need to be amended for simple things such as a management change, or an address change. Manage the law firms and the dates. Coordinating with the local law firms and arrange board meetings as required Ensure POA’s templates are available Collate company documents for tender purposes Resolutions or directors’ “undertakings” for signature of Lease agreements or other company related documents. Coordinate changes to managers and general managers on the Commercial Registrations Assist with the renewal of business licenses. Coordinating signatures of directors which are based in Europe, South Africa, and the USA. Either a sign and scan, wet signature or signature needs to be notarized.Minimum Requirements
15 Years + experience as a Legal Secretary Certificate or diploma in legal studies, paralegal studies, or office administration Understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting. Proficiency in scheduling, organizing files, and handling correspondence Legal KnowledgeSkills Required
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent legal matters Attention to Detail Communication Skills
