This leading organisation is looking for a dynamic Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who enjoys interacting with clients and is eager to build strong relationships while providing expert financial advice. Role Overview:
As a Newly Qualified CA, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering financial insights, and helping businesses thrive. This role is ideal for someone who not only has a solid foundation in accounting but also enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
• Advisory Services : Offer strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, helping clients navigate complex financial matters.
• Tax Compliance : Assist clients with tax planning and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
• Audit and Assurance : Work on audit engagements where necessary, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Problem-Solving : Identify challenges in clients' financial processes and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to provide the best possible service to clients.

Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or within 1 year post-qualification).
• Passion for working with clients and providing excellent service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proactive and solutions-driven, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
