Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Supervisor . The Bar Supervisor will oversee daily operations of The Honey Badger Restobar, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Bar Supervisor will also be involved in training and mentoring staff and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications \n Supervisory Skills and Training experience Customer Service and Communication skills Food & Beverage knowledge and experience Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus Relevant certifications in hospitality or food and beverage management are advantageous Barista skills essential Cocktails experience a must.
Working Hours (15:00- 00:00) midnight with few day shifts .
