Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Supervisor located in Cape Town. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, training new team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ability to work well under pressure
Experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Cocktail experience essential.
Barista skills essential
Working hours 15:00-00:00 midnight and some few day shifts
