Key Performance Areas (KPAs):Plastics industry experience is a MUST specifically in our type of plastics (hard plastics experience wont be suitable). Sales & Key Account Management take full responsibility for key accounts and drive business growth. Warehouse Management oversee daily operations, including stock control, waybill confirmations, and loading list coordination. Fleet Coordination manage 1-2 vehicles, including licensing, servicing, and paperwork. Team Leadership supervise and coordinate the warehouse team (Driver, Picker, Packer). Budget Management ensure cost control and financial efficiency.
