Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee the financial performance of HQ , ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management. Ensure financial statements comply with relevant financial regulations. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial audits.Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability. Manage site-level and group-level budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Provide financial insights to operational teams to drive cost efficiency and revenue growth.Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and internal controls. Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits. Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations. Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and inventory financing strategies. Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize financial efficiencies.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and mentor finance teams across the three sites, ensuring high performance and professional development. Collaborate with senior management, operational teams, and external stakeholders to drive financial decision-making. Act as the key finance liaison between the sites and corporate leadership.Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or completed CIMA qualification 8-10 experience in financial management within the Manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Experience managing multi-site operations is highly advantageous.
