Requirements:- Relevant tertiary qualification highly advantageous.
- A personality and attitude that manages people relationships well
- Proven experience in property portfolio management.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Management experience highly advantageous
- Managing of sectional title properties
- Extensive liaison with customers, property owners, body corporates and various stakeholders building strong ongoing relationships
- Managing annual general meetings in a highly professional manner
- Oversee any problems that the property administrator is needing assistance with solving – repairs, levy statements, bad debt and various other problematic situations
- Financial Management - manage budgets, financial reporting for each property with being able to accurately explain the details on the balance sheet at meetings with property owners and body corporates
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Salary: R28000 – R35000 negotiable dependent on experience
