Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification highly advantageous. A personality and attitude that manages people relationships well Proven experience in property portfolio management. Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Management experience highly advantageous Duties:
Managing of sectional title properties Extensive liaison with customers, property owners, body corporates and various stakeholders building strong ongoing relationships Managing annual general meetings in a highly professional manner Oversee any problems that the property administrator is needing assistance with solving repairs, levy statements, bad debt and various other problematic situations Financial Management - manage budgets, financial reporting for each property with being able to accurately explain the details on the balance sheet at meetings with property owners and body corporates Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Salary: R28000 R35000 negotiable dependent on experience
