Join our dynamic team at Premium Tyres, a leading tyre retailer dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our valued customers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant and Administrator to support our daily operations and assist in delivering an outstanding customer experience.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide administrative support to management and staff to ensure efficient operations.

- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the team.

- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.

- Assist with inventory management and ensure timely restocking of products.

- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

- Organize office operations and procedures for optimal efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for staff and customers.


*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software/equipment.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- A passion for customer service and teamwork.
