Strategy Development and Implementation:
Responsible for operational input, for strategic plan design and objective setting in conjunction with the Management Team.
Operational Implementation:
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Improving systems, processes, and best practices
Managing day-to-day operations as well as the operations team and operations department
Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance
Reporting on operational efficiency and quality standards
Ad hoc duties
Risk Management:
Manage the risk exposure related to the various Store with regards to legislative compliance, Health and Safety, Stock, Assets, logistics, administration, corporate governance issues etc.
Leadership and Management:
Using strong communication skills to foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace
Maintaining service operations with the goal of ensuring sustainability across business operations
Creating and managing conflict-resolution programs and leading conflict-management practices
Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance
Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and Suppliers.
Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction
Uphold and promote the company values and culture

Qualifications:

Skills:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience:
- A good understanding of the business

- Must have 5 - 10 years in a retail / operations environment
