Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and talent pools. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws. Provide a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts.Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
