About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic 360 Recruiter to join our team. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate bills above R200 000 pm consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management:

Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and marketing to potential clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction. Understand clients' hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate terms of business with new and existing clients.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting to attract top talent. Screen and assess candidates through interviews, competency-based assessments, and reference checks. Match candidates to suitable job roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, providing feedback and career guidance.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing and advertising to candidate placement. Conduct thorough interviews and shortlisting processes, ensuring high-quality submissions. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, gathering feedback to facilitate a successful hiring process. Oversee the offer negotiation process, handling counteroffers and onboarding support.

Market Research & Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding hiring strategies and workforce planning. Identify and attend industry networking events and recruitment fairs to strengthen business relationships.

Administrative & Compliance Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory standards. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment
