About the Role:
Our client is looking for a dynamic Principal Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM ) to manage and grow key strategic accounts at seniors and C-suite level. This individual will drive long-term value, grow trusted relationships, and deliver business growth, with a specific focus on accounts in the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives within the client organisations. Act as a strategic advisor to the client, focusing on business outcomes and long-term value realisation. Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell potential, and building business development plans. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing) to align on customer strategy. Lead and manage executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions. Ensure client satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement in service delivery. Stay current on MNO industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements, providing clients with relevant insights.Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience in customer success, key account management, or strategic business development. Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders. Deep understanding and experience working with Mobile Network Operators (MNO). Strong business acumen with a proven ability to grow and expand accounts. Ability to craft strategic growth plans and drive client success. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Education:
