Key Responsibilities:Subscription Sales:
Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential businesses in the UK market via phone, email, and other communication channels to sell subscription services. Ability to handle cold calling. Product Knowledge: Provide businesses with detailed information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits, tailoring your pitch to suit individual needs. Business Needs Assessment: Identify and understand business requirements, offering suitable subscription packages to meet their needs. Objection Handling: Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales while maintaining a business-centric approach. Appointment Booking:
Sales Appointments: Schedule appointments for the UK-based sales team with qualified leads to discuss the subscription services in more detail and close sales. Lead Qualification: Ensure that leads are qualified before booking appointments, ensuring high conversion rates for the sales team. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointment schedules to align with the availability of the sales team. Sales Targets & Reporting:
Achieve Sales KPIs: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for subscriptions and booked appointments. CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of all business interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Yaxxa, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot). Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status to the management team. Business Service:
Business Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential businesses to ensure high business satisfaction. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure business satisfaction and address any queries related to the subscription service. Skills & Experience:
Sales Experience: At least 1 year proven track record in a sales environment, particularly in B2B, B2C, or subscription-based sales. Experience in outbound calling or telesales is a MUST. Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with a neutral accent and clear and effective communication skills. Ability to engage with UK clients and build rapport quickly over the phone.
