Role Purpose
Our client is looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work with the executive team, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people priorities. The ideal candidate will be an influential leader with a strong personality, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and senior management teams. Drive and deliver on key people projects aligned to business strategy. Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design discussions. Ensure data-driven reporting, providing insights and recommendations to influence business decisions. Manage complex employee relations, coaching leaders on best practices. Partner with business units on change management initiatives and organizational transformation. Oversee the development and delivery of HR projects, ensuring they meet timelines and deliverables. Monitor key HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.Key Requirements
Relevant HR or Business qualification (Honors/Masters advantageous). Minimum 810 years experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 5 years operating at senior/executive level. Strong project management capability with a proven track record of leading complex HR initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels. Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Commercially savvy with a results-oriented, proactive mindset. Confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working in large, complex, and matrixed organizations is highly advantageous.
