Your Role:

â Architect, implement, and maintain scalable back-end services
â Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
â Optimize performance, debug issues, and ensure high availability
â Champion secure coding practices and ensure compliance with data protection standards
â Write comprehensive tests and maintain technical documentation
â Provide mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing
â Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack

What You’ll Need:

â 8+ years of back-end development experience
â Proficiency in Elixir, Go, Python, or similar
â Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases
â Strong understanding of microservices and monolithic architectures
â Experience designing RESTful APIs or GraphQL
â Knowledge of security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top Ten)
â Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
â Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
â Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Bonus Points For:

â Experience with AI-driven architectures
â Proficiency with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Phoenix Ecto, ActiveRecord)
â Experience with Elixir, Phoenix Framework, and OTP concepts
â Building fault-tolerant, high-availability distributed systems
â Performance tuning and optimizing high-traffic applications
