Your Role:

â Lead the development of complex web and mobile-friendly applications
â Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions
â Guide and mentor senior and junior engineers
â Define and evolve front-end standards, tools, and shared libraries
â Stay ahead of emerging technologies and advocate for best practices
â Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end engineers, and leadership
â Optimize state management, performance, and accessibility

What You’ll Need:

â 7+ years of experience in Angular and front-end development
â Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and scalable architecture patterns
â Deep experience with state management (NGRX, Redux) and functional programming
â Proven leadership in driving front-end excellence and mentoring teams
â Strong experience building design systems and shared component libraries
â Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
â Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development

â Experience as a Principal Engineer or technical lead
â Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or public speaking
â Expertise with Figma for design collaboration
â Knowledge of WebAssembly, advanced browser APIs, or cutting-edge tools
