Description:
· Manage administrative and general office work.
· Creating and capturing new patient files with accuracy.
· Perform the tasks of greeting patients, answering queries, and providing information on healthcare services.
· Medical and private patient billing.
· Handle and manage all patient enquiries.
· Responsible for receiving and recording payments.
· Responsible for medical aid claims and ICD 10 codes.
· Responsible for scheduling and maintaining schedules and appointments for all the practitioners at the medical practice.
· Responsible for all medical records, specialist reports and other patient information to be filed.
· Office duties – Manage daily admin and enquiries via email.
· Confirming patient appointments.
Requirements:

Matric
Driver's liscense
Two years experience in a medical practice.
