Our client, a leader in the food industry, is looking for a dynamic New Product Development Technologist to join their team. Responsibilities: Innovate and develop new food products that are safe, compliant, and irresistible. Modify existing recipes, improve processes, and explore alternative raw materials. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Conduct sensory testing, recipe benchmarking, and create product specifications. Collaborate on product labelling and ingredient declarations to meet legal requirements.
