We are seeking a highly experienced Scheduler with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Project Management scheduling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases, with a focus on construction management. This role requires strong technical skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for oil and gas projects, focusing on EPC phases such as engineering, procurement, and construction. Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that project timelines are met. Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Excel to create and manage project schedules. Perform schedule analysis, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions. Prepare and present progress reports to management, stakeholders, and clients. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to reflect any changes or delays. Ensure project timelines and milestones are achievable and aligned with project goals. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project scheduling within the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in EPC project phases. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of scheduling and project management tools. Selection Criteria
