Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and itineraries. Plan, organise, and oversee meetings, events, and conferences, managing logistics, invitations, and resources. Handle high-pressure situations with grace, managing urgent tasks and last-minute changes efficiently. Ensure all details, big and small, are meticulously attended to. Provide confidential administrative support, prepare high-level presentations, and manage sensitive information. Assist with both personal and corporate tasks for Senior Executives with discretion and professionalism. Supervise office operations, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, layout, branding, and renovations. Manage online, video, and in-person conferencing tools. Proactively anticipate and address executive needs to ensure seamless daily operations. Manage personal, household, and family-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
5-10 years of relevant experience in providing high-level administrative support. Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks with precision, even under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills, persistence, and resourcefulness to handle complex and urgent tasks. A commitment to team success, willing to take on challenges and contribute to the overall objectives. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
