AS A PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN:The successful candidate will be responsible for processing wages and salaries using Sage 300, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Utilize Sage 300 to process wages and salaries for employees accurately and efficiently. Maintain payroll records and ensure all information is up-to-date. Handle queries related to payroll from employees and management. Assist with payroll-related reporting and analysis. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations. Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. Proficiency in using Sage 300 for payroll processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Knowledge of councils and council rules. Knowledge of Employee Termination process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS:
Strong MS Office Excel skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Sage people 300 Payroll Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience
