Key Responsibilities:Advanced Analytics & Insights:
- Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and optimization to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Evaluate new data sources and collection techniques for improved accuracy and effectiveness.
- Communicate insights to business stakeholders using data visualization techniques.
Machine Learning & AI Implementation:
- Design and deploy ML-driven models to enhance business decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, technologies, and methodologies.
- Optimize and retrain models as needed to maintain performance.
Data Infrastructure & Cloud Migration:
- Support cloud migration of existing on-premise solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and analytical tools.
- Ensure seamless integration between business intelligence and analytics platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Impact:
- Partner with product, underwriting, and leadership teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Drive buy-in for analytics-based decision-making across the organization.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts.
What You Need to Succeed:
46 years of experience in advanced analytics, big data, and machine learning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with classification models, anomaly detection, regression, and neural networks. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Azure (or similar cloud platforms). Knowledge of APIs, statistical modeling, and data engineering. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Educational Requirements:
Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
