Data Scientist to lead analytics and data-driven decision-making within the Chief Underwriting Office . This role is perfect for a data-driven professional passionate about leveraging machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics to revolutionize underwriting, claims, sales, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced statistical models to optimize decision-making.
• Lead machine learning and AI initiatives to drive business value.
• Perform predictive modeling, forecasting, and data mining to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and enhance data pipelines and analytics infrastructure .
• Work closely with underwriting, claims, and product teams to integrate data-driven strategies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of innovation.
• Stay ahead of emerging analytics and cloud technologies to continuously improve business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4–6+ years in data science, big data analytics, or AI-driven decision-making.
• Technical Skills: Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure, API integration.
• Machine Learning Expertise: Classification models, anomaly detection, regression, and neural networks.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
• Communication: Ability to translate data insights into business impact.
• Education: BSc in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Data Science-specific degree.
