Incident Officer- Gauteng

Description:

• Attending to all reported incidents and opening cases at SAPS immediately upon receiving incident report from client;
• Incident reporting of all crime and related incidents;
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting;
• Client liaison and professional client relationship;
• Ongoing liaison with client and SAPS;
• Answer and action all incoming calls;
• Adhere to all instructions by Management;
• Must be able to work weekdays, 06h00 18h00;
• Be prepared to be on standby over weekends;
• Sound knowledge of Companys Disciplinary Procedures; â?¯
  Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: â?¯
  â?¯
  
• PSIRA Certification Grade B or higher;
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• Drivers license;
• Sound security knowledge;
• A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• SAPS experience will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of investigation techniques;
• Must have excellent presentation, verbal communication and report writing skills;
• Knowledge Criminal Procedures Act;
• Ability to operate with confidence under pressure and during emergencies;
• Good communication skills in English and one other South African language;
