About the role: We are seeking a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team in Cape Town, South Africa. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in our inbound marketing efforts. This role will oversee all digital marketing channels while leveraging innovative technologies and AI tools to drive business growth through effective inbound strategies. Set up, manage, and grow the company's YouTube marketing campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage all inbound digital marketing channels including social media, PR, content marketing, SEO, web development, and paid advertising.
? Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
? Lead content creation and management across digital platforms.
? Oversee website optimisation and SEO to improve visibility and traffic, this will include leveraging AI tools to create SEO-optimised web and online content.
? Manage paid digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
? Coordinate with internal team members to achieve inbound marketing goals and implement inbound strategy.
? Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
? Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
? Implement AI and automation tools for reporting, content creation, and optimisation.
? Set up, manage, and grow the company's YouTube Channel.
Requirements
? Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B inbound strategies
? Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
? Proficiency with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools
? Experience with AI tools and other tools for content creation, optimisation, and reporting.
? Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and visual content creation.
? Project management and team coordination skills.
? Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
? Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage emerging trends.
? Good working knowledge of YouTube marketing.
Technical Skills
? Knowledge and understanding of the use of AI tools in inbound marketing
? Experience with SEO and SEM tools.
