About the role:

To support the marketing team by assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments. This role is essential for maintaining brand consistency, supporting promotional activities, and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Support the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content. Help coordinate marketing events and activities. Content Management: Assist in managing the companys social media accounts by posting updates and engaging with audiences. Support website content updates and ensure consistency in messaging. Research industry trends to provide content ideas for marketing materials.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on competitors and market trends to support strategic marketing decisions. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts. Assist in preparing marketing reports and performance metrics.Administrative Support:
Maintain and organize marketing files, databases, and promotional materials. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Provide support in coordinating meetings, events, and communication with vendors.Communication and Liaison:
Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Communicate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as needed.Other Duties:
Participate in marketing meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks. Support the marketing team with any additional administrative tasks as required. Qualifications
South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before. Matric Post matric qualification in marketing, communications or event management Basic Computer skills needed including Outlook, Excel, Word Personal characteristics interpersonal skills, team work, time management, Adaptability, attention to detail, problem solver, motivation, critical thinking Please consider your application unsuccessful when you have not heard from the Signa Opportunity team within two weeks of submitting your application.
