Job Description:This role manages payroll administration, ensuring accurate employee records, salary calculations, and timely payments, while also supporting HR functions.
Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll for ±220 employees, including new hires, leave, and terminations. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and reconciliations. Reporting & Compliance: Generate payroll reports, process tax submissions, and maintain records per POPI Act. Employee Benefits: Administer Medical Aid, Provident Fund, and Group Life. Time & Attendance: Monitor and resolve discrepancies. HR Support: Assist with payslips, salary estimates, onboarding, and HR admin. Ad Hoc Projects: Support HRIS payroll module and compliance initiatives. Minimum Requirements:
