NOTICE: INSPECTOR RECRUITMENT
Falcon Protection Services is seeking experienced security professionals for the role of Inspector. Suitable candidates will be assessed on compliance, competency, and professionalism in line with industry regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following requirements and provide original documentation:
Firearm Competency Certificates (Business Purposes – Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle) – As per Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000
Valid Driver’s License (Code B or higher)
PSIRA Registration (Grade A, B, or C) – As per Private Security Industry Regulation Act 56 of 2001
Tertiary Qualifications Diplomas/certifications in security management, tactical training, or related fields
South African Identity Document
Proof of Residence (Utility bill or affidavit not older than 3 months)
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on:
Firearm Handling & Safety – Compliance, safe usage, and situational response
Driving Proficiency – Vehicle control, gear shifting, braking, and legal compliance
Security Industry Knowledge – Understanding of regulations, reporting procedures, and risk assessment
Communication & Report Writing – Professional documentation and verbal skills
Observation & Decision-Making – Attention to detail, problem-solving, and incident response
Professional Conduct & Leadership – Discipline, integrity, and adherence to company standards
