Role Overview:
As the Group Head of Finance, you will oversee and direct the financial strategy, planning, and operations of a diverse set of companies. Your responsibilities will include financial forecasting, risk management, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance across all subsidiaries. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our conglomerate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across multiple subsidiaries Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accounting standards Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization initiatives Manage relationships with stakeholders, banks, and external auditorsQualifications and Requirements:
