Our client, a homegrown South African fintech company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.

Requirements;

2-5 Years of experience as a Sales Consultant/Customer Success Consultant, Marketing consultant Fintech experience is preferabl Strong business acumen skill Experience with the Payment product Ability to interact with Merchant Retail and/or hospitality experience is preferable Knowledge and familiarity of the surrounding areas retail/business offerings Ability to work remotely

Excellent communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Effective time management skills Keeps abreast of industry best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong ability to identify, analyse and problem solve
