ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise with insurance companies to request policy documentation on behalf of potential clients Maintain and manage accurate records of policies and correspondence with clients and insurers Work closely with the insurance team to ensure administrative support is provided as required Assist in the preparation of reports on insurance operations Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures Obtain and process Broker authorisations Completion of the appropriate forms, ensuring that all documentation to insurance policies is accurate and up to date Manage calls and customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner Conduct follow-ups on calls where necessary Handle all information with trust and confidentiality Deal with clients and processes in line with company procedures Optimal use of the "Short Term" computer system Ensure confidentiality of database information Carry out any other instruction from Management Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, achieving all service, productivity, and quality objectives Create and maintain case management records of daily problems and remedial actions taken.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric RE5 qualification (Advantageous) Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and ability to learn new system quickly Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (additional languages will be an advantage)
