Main Purpose

To provide manage the reception function as well as provide administrative support to the finance department.

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 Microsoft Office (Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Accounting Qualification (Advantageous)

Experience

2 years in a similar role

Role and responsibility

Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. Prepare Invoices Reconciliations Payments File and maintain records. Administrative duties as required
