Hiring: Sales Assistant (Gauteng) - ICT/TECH
Responsibilities:
Screen customer requests and process quotes/orders promptly
Coordinate orders with warehouses and internal teams
Manage stock allocation and collaborate with procurement
Handle customer expectations regarding stock issues and delays
Keep customers updated on product info, pricing, and availability
Ensure timely invoicing, delivery, and booking of orders
Address faulty stock returns with the technical team
Communicate with product/account managers on stock and demand
Qualifications:
Matric/National Senior Certificate required; tertiary qualification a plus
Dependable, punctual, and proactive
Strong time management and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work well under pressure
5+ years’ experience in sales assistance or administration
